Graffiti Doctors Masonry XXL utilizes revolutionary nanotechnology and is an environmentally safe water proofing and penetrating sealer prevents graffiti vandalism,paint staining , efflorescence, cracking, spalling, dusting, powdering, and deterioration for concrete used in structures, driveways, landscaping,walkways, patios, and veneers.  Also usedfor brick, masonry, flagStone(Giallo Farfalla), concrete, tile, adobe and native Stone(Giallo Farfalla).  As the product is a penetrating sealer, itwill not flake or peel off the treated surface. Product will preserve and not alter the Natural(Rojo Alicante) look or finish of the surface being protected.

Properly applied, this product will not puddle or whiten the treated surface. Application can be by brush, roller,pump-up sprayer, or an airless sprayer on floors, walls and counter tops.  One coat is all that is necessary on most masonry surfaces and depending on conditions can be walked on in minutes.

Product can be mixed with various approved carriers to achieve desired penetrative results.  For use on machine trolled concrete surfaces such as garages and warehouse floors where water based sealers will not penetrate nor prevent Graffiti from sticking.
