Its dual strut beam and imported synchronous belt drive can effecively eliminate the defectives of ceramic Tiles(Labrador Antico) such as "large and small end", "wave edge chips" etc. It adopts 200-250mm edge grinding wheel,chamfered grinding property,heavy duty grinding head assembly design,which features power energy saving and optimal grinding and cutting result.

It is provided with auto-centering mechanism at the inlet and block device at the outlet,equips with synchronous brick pushing mechanism with frequency converter,which will ensure an accurate positioning,balancing the grinding volume of both side grinding head and control large and small end deviation and diagonal within an ideal range.

The electric system bases on PLC control and speed indication with high automation degree and reliable performance.
